REFUND POLICY
At Vintage Resells, we are committed to delivering high-quality vintage wholesale products and reliable service to our customers.
Due to the nature of vintage clothing and bulk wholesale, all sales are considered final unless stated otherwise. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please review the guidelines below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- All returns must be approved in advance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Full categories must be returned (including all grades received)

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- You received the wrong items
- There is a significant issue with grading
We will review the situation and work toward a fair solution.
REFUND CONDITIONS
If a return is approved:
- Refunds apply to the product cost only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

VAT and import duties are non-refundable
- If prepaid by us, these will be deducted from the refund amount
B2B POLICY
Vintage Resells operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler.
We sell exclusively to:
- Businesses
- Resellers
- Sole traders
Because of this, our transactions are not covered by consumer protection laws, and all sales are considered final.
REFUNDS PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 working days after delivery for processing
You can track your return using your shipping provider’s tracking number.

- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds
- Refunds cover product value only (not shipping or taxes)
- For returns outside the EU, customers are responsible for:
- Shipping
- Customs clearance
